Security Ditch – EPC 3, Duqm Refinery

The Duqm Refinery is a landmark downstream development with a capacity of approximately 230,000 barrels per day of crude processing.

The project is being delivered through multiple EPC packages, of which “Package 3” covers the off-site, export terminal, storage and pipeline facilities including an 80 km crude pipeline from Ras Markaz.

Positioned to transform Duqm into a major refining and petrochemicals hub, this development supports Oman’s broader industrial diversification strategy.
